Topsy Turvy Cake This is a cake I made for Madeline.  Her favorite color is pink, and she loves the bling!  This was my first attempt at a topsy turvy cake.  It required lots of planning, but I can’t wait to do more!  The 8 is made from fondant and edible glitter.  The cake is made of layers of vanilla bean chiffon, strawberry mousse, strawberry chiffon, and vanilla bean bavarian.
