Chocolate Glazed Gateau I made this cake for my husband’s ex-coworker, Susie.  It actually has 9 layers of yumminess:  red velvet, hazelnut ganache, chocolate chiffon, coffee buttercream, mocha chiffon, chocolate buttercream, vanilla genoise, vanilla buttercream, and caramel pastry cream.  It was a lot of work, and a challenge with my small kitchen and refrigerator space, but everyone enjoyed it!
